STANDARD RULES AND REGULATIONS


The rules and regulations are for the benefit of all. Disregard for the rules may result in expulsion of you (or your visitors) from the park with NO refund. Please Read.

Quiet Time: 10:00 PM -- 8:00 AM STRICTLY ENFORCED
One vehicle per site. Do NOT park on grass, front office lot or ANY empty site.

All visitors must register at office upon arrival. Failure to register will result in fines or expulsion.  No visitors allowed after 10:00 PM or before 9:00 AM unless registered as “over-night guest” and guest registration fee paid. You are responsible for the actions and behavior of your visitors.

No campfires before 5:00pm per order of Brookline Fire Warden. No fire shall exceed 6 inches above fire ring (within reason).
NO FIRE RING SHALL BE MOVED (State Law). Fires without approved fire ring are prohibited. Cutting of trees or wood (dead or alive) is strictly prohibited. Fines may be incurred.

Children (under 18) must be with an adult (18 or older) to use recreation areas. Parents or Guardians are responsible for their children at all times. NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY --- SWIMMING IS AT OWN RISK --- CHILDREN SWIMMING MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AND ADULT.

Having pets in the park is a privilege. All pets must be leashed at all times.
PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET. Deposit droppings in doggie bag then into dumpster. Do not deposit pet waste into toilets or Dump Station. Pets are not to be left unattended. Noisy or aggressive pets will be removed.

Bicycling – Helmets are required. Safety pads should be worn. Bicycling prohibited after dark.

Trash – Place all trash and garbage in dumpster (located near restrooms). Dumpster for household refuse only. All boxes must be crushed. For large items, please see manager.

Grass cutting on seasonal sites is your responsibility (mower provided). We will cut it for a fee. You must keep your site in a clean manner. Management cuts transient sites grass. Washing of RV or automobiles is prohibited (Seasonal guests may wash RV once in Spring and once in Fall). Mechanic work or oil changes prohibited.

Do not put fat, grease, oil, hazardous material, bleach, coffee grounds, paper towels, sanitary napkins, or tampons in sewer.

Winter guests responsible for site snow removal, paths to electrical meter, gas bottle and heat tape. DO NOT leave faucet dripping – this will freeze sewer lines and you will be responsible for repairs (damages). Roads are plowed and sanded. Due to gravel roads, the roads cannot be “clear” of snow. Icing will occur. Drive and walk with caution.

Field & Stream will not be held liable to any guest or their visitors for injury or damages, however caused, to any property or persons on the premises. It is your responsibility to carry adequate insurance.

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
